The challenge
Coordinating reports, work orders, and maintenance across extensive water networks spread throughout the Siracusa and Ragusa area, where service continuity is critical and faults must be found and fixed quickly.
The solution
SIAM uses Open EAM to digitize the management of reports and maintenance for its aqueducts. The Reports module collects and routes work requests, while scheduled and call-out Maintenance is planned and tracked on a single platform, linked to the network’s assets.
